Assessment by other means
If your course is at National Qualification Framework (NQF) level 3 or above and you have been assessed by other means (such as references, a portfolio of artwork, interview, or the Tier4 sponsor's own test or entrance exam), you do not need to include these documents with your application. However, your Tier 4 sponsor must include details of how they assessed you on the CAS.
If you have been offered a place because of progress you have made on an existing course, your Tier 4 sponsor must include this information on the CAS. You will not need to send any documents if this is how you have been assessed.

Do you have an 'established presence'?
Any student (including a postgraate doctor or a student union sabbatical officer) has an established presence studying in the UK if they:
completed a single course of study lasting at least 6 months ring their most recent permission to stay in the UK; or
are applying to continue studying on a single course in the UK, of which they have completed at least 6 months.
Additionally, their current or most recent permission to stay must have been:
under Tier 4; or
as a student under the former Immigration Rules that were in force until 30 March 2009; or
as a postgraate doctor or dentist.
You cannot amalgamate 2 or more courses to make up the 6 months' study.
Your current location (inside or outside the UK) does not affect whether you have an established presence here as a student.

要看你的CAS怎么写抄。一般情况下：
如果是英本，硕士学校免你语言的选第二个，Academic qualification equivalent to UK degree, taught in majority English speaking country
如果学校不免语言需要提交雅思成绩的选第三个，
English language test
如果学校有自己的测试或另外的情况，也可能是最后两个，在CAS上会有说明的
